How long does a candle burn?
Our standard candles are hand-poured in small batches and burn for approximately 40ΓÇô50 hours, depending on the scent and how it’s used. Every listing includes its exact burn time.
How fresh are the flowers, and how long do they last?
Flowers are cut and arranged the morning of delivery, never held in storage. With fresh water and a cool spot, most arrangements stay beautiful for 5ΓÇô7 days.
Can I combine a candle and flowers in one order?

Do you deliver outside Cairo and Giza?
Same-day delivery is currently available in Cairo and Giza. For other governorates, standard delivery typically takes 2ΓÇô4 business days ΓÇö delivery options and timing are confirmed at checkout.
Can I add a personal message or engraving?
Yes. Every gift can include a hand-copied card message, and select candles offer glass engraving ΓÇö both available as part of Build Your Gift.
What’s your return policy?
Because candles and flowers are made to order, we can’t accept returns once an order is placed ΓÇö but if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
